Category Upgrading Forms must be submitted to Human Resources in order to qualify for upgrading retroactive to September 1st .

Teachers who elect to resign effective December 31 must give notice by this date (waived by mutual agreement).

Deadline date for resource teachers (who have completed three year term) to apply for a three year extension of such term.

Forms for Deferred Salary Plan (Four over Five) become available.

Teacher Transfer Request Forms to be available in schools/other work places.
